Goes to full flow when adjusted about 1/3 of the way open. Flow is barely aerated at all and almost perfectly laminar, so water shoots straight back out of your glass and up the wall. Both these problems are made worse by the fact the tap is not angled directly down, so it's pretty hard to use the tap without getting yourself wet. Touch control is very useful, but just unreliable enough to be completely infuriating. Most of the time it works, but tends to take about 20s of playing around to get water running if you haven't used the tap for a few hours.

I do like the touch on/off - no meat juices on handle etc. Feels like we’re wasting less water since it’s so easy to tap on/off rather than just letting the water run.

Where it could be better:

*battery operated - would be better if you had the option to use mains power. We had the electrician connect it up.

*does not always turn on. And then you’re tapping and waving your hand like an idiot. Does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to why it works sometimes but not other times. But it does work most of the time.

*if your sink is large or very deep then the pull out hose is likely to be too short. Our sink is about 50cm wide x 40cm and it is okay but would be better if a little longer.
